Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello, born April 18, 1967, is an American actress and producer as well as writer. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (99), Coyote Ugly 2000, The Cooler 2003, A History of Violence 2005, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor 2008, Grown Ups (2011), Prisoners (2013) and Lights Out (2016) were just some of her film roles. Bello was a TV actress as the character Dr. Anna Del Amico, the medical drama that aired from 1997 to 1998. She was also the character Michelle McBride on Goliath's first season in 2016, and also as Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane on NCIS which she portrayed as the lead agent. Bello was born April 18 1967 in Norristown, Pennsylvania,[2] to Kathy Bello, a nurse at school and teacher as well as Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She grew up in a working-class, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. In political science Bello was a student in political science at Villanova University. Bello developed her acting skills in a variety of New York theater productions following graduation. Bello and Dan McDermott have a son, Jackson. [18] She has written about her relationship with Clare Munn in November 2013. She published a book entitled Whatever...Love Is love: Questioning the labels we assign to ourselves (Dey Street Books, April 28, 2015).
